You've decided to take your meeting planning and participation skills to an advanced level. Soon you'll know exactly what to do to plan and chair brilliant meetings and how to participate to save your time and energy.

Please help! There is a danger in making a workshop like Brilliant Meetings widely available to people on the Web. It makes it easy for a few devious people to copy and sell or give it away free. Of course this harms me financially, but it also cheats people like you who pay for their personal development and it hinders further workshop development.

Consequently, I have been advised to ask you to agree to a few conditions when registering. Of course, other technical safeguards have been built into the website to give feedback on illegal use.

Conditions and procedures

I understand that the fee for the Brilliant Meetings workshop is £79.95 plus VAT at the relevant rate. I will pay by credit card on the secure order form attached or by cheque in £ sterling.

Once my payment has been cleared I will be issued with a user ID and password. I agree not to share this password with any other person. I will have one month to complete the five-hour workshop.

I understand that I can print pages of the workshop for my own private use. I agree not to sell, show or give these printed pages to any other person. I understand that the level of expertise and improvement gained depends on my own practise. While Dr Robb, or one of his experienced associates, will be available to answer brief personal enquires by e-mail, the speed of response will depend on the number of queries.
